CGTrade Points Mall Activity Important Notice

The activities of the Points Mall ended on October 31, 2020. In order to thank you for your continuous support, your existing points will be converted into U.S. dollars at the ratio of 1 point to 0.20 US dollar. You can send an email to [email protected] through your CRM registered email address before December 31, 2020 to apply. After the review is passed, the equivalent amount of U.S. dollars will be deposited into your designated MT4 trading account within 7 working days. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before applying:

1. The application period is before 23:59:59 platform time on December 31, 2020, overdue points will be invalid;
2. Points are accumulated after you open an account for trading forex currency pairs, gold, silver, crude oil, and natural gas. Each standard lot = 1 point. Points are not calculated for trades of cryptocurrency, shares and indices;
3. Points are calculated based on the opening time of the order, and the valid time is from 00:00 on March 18, 2020 to 23:59:59 on October 31, 2020;
4. The bonus is deposited in the form of real funds into the MT4 trading account specified in your application email, and can be withdrawn at any time;
5. This redemption of points can only be applied by customers in mainland China. Cents and Partners accounts cannot participate in this activity;
6. The points mall activity is an extra giveaway to customers by CGTrade, thus it does not support points transfer requests;
7. CGTrade reserves the right of final decision on the ratio of exchange funds/amount/currency;
8. When customers participate in the event, they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions by default. If you have any questions, please contact customer service or ask the sales staff;
9. The final interpretation right of this event belongs to CGTrade.
